Semi auto screen printer machine is suitable for flat surface printing on various sizes of glass, compact discs, credit cards, PCB flexible circuit boards, SMT, solder paste, all kinds of film, card, board, paper, high precision and fine print screen printing. Such as various types of printing paper, all kinds of PVC, PET, PC and other soft, hard film, the various panels, films, paper, nameplate, keyboards and electronics products.

Feature:

1.Vertical structure with the Electric driven printing plate goes up and down vertically, and the electronic driven print head moves left/right.
2.Single chip controlled circuit, printing and plate goes up and down using independent driving source.
3.Pneumaticcontroller controls the printing knife moves up and down, photocell eye controls the stroke.
4.Three modes: manual/semi-automatic /automatic, the break time of printing is digital controlled.
5.Independent printing head up-and-down movement device makes the installation and disassembly of scraper, ink blade, andscreen frame more convenient.
6.Double guide column clamps arm make the installation and adjustment of screen frame more convenient.
